Delivery and returns policy:
At PitouDoux , we do our best to make our product descriptions as detailed as possible so that you won't encounter any surprises when you receive your order.

Processing Time: We process orders within 24-72 hours unless otherwise noted on the item page.

Shipping Methods: We ship orders via postal services unless otherwise noted on the item page. Shipping costs will be indicated at the time of ordering.

We want our customers to know the delivery process
Delivery times: Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Estimated delivery times would be between 10 to 15 working days a week. In certain special circumstances, beyond our control, this could take up to 20 working days of the week. Please note that delivery times are given as an indication only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery Tracking: We will provide you with a tracking number for your order as soon as it is shipped. You will then be able to track your order online.

Customs Fees and Taxes If your order is shipped outside of Canada, it may be subject to customs fees and import taxes. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges and are the buyer's responsibility. We are not responsible for these customs fees and taxes.

Delivery Address Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is correct and complete. We are not responsible for packages lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete delivery address.

Damaged or Lost Packages: If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within two days of receipt to notify us of the incident. We will do everything possible to resolve the problem. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate and take necessary action.
Order cancellation policy:
We pride ourselves on our ability to quickly process all orders that are placed on our site.
Most orders are processed within 12 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at contact@pitoudoux.com as soon as possible.
A large majority of in stock items are processed and/or shipped within 12 hours, it is imperative that you contact us during this time, so that we can attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped .
No request to cancel your order will be taken into account if it has already been processed.
Address error:
It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of this address and to contact us promptly to inform us of a modification. The latter can only be carried out if your order has not yet been processed.
We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information . We are also not responsible for refused or undeliverable orders (inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses, etc.).
In the latter cases, these packages can be returned to us, but not systematically.
If your order is returned to the sender, we will offer you a refund for your order deducted from shipping costs or we will offer you reshipment, depending on your choice.
You are not eligible for reshipment or refund of your order until your package has been received by the sender.
Return and exchange policy:
We accept returns* for any reason!
Whether you 're dissatisfied or simply changed your mind. Our returns policy is 14 days from the time you receive your products.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply fill out this return form .
Sign it then send it with your package to the address we will give you when you write to our support.
